WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept refunds on all our pieces within 5 days of receiving your order provided that the return is due to defected or incorrect item(s). However, we do not offer international exchanges.

We ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Full price item
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags attached

AT WHAT CIRCUMSTANCE AM I ALLOWED TO RETURN MY ORDERS AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

We do offer full or partial refunds for the following cases:

  • Orders received are incorrect
  • Orders arriving faulty or damaged

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.


ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning items to PLEIN STUDIO for a refund are not reimbursed by us.


DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET OF ACTIVEWEAR ?

The full set of activewear must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

Plein Studio will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.

Fully refund in Store credit if the item is no longer in stock.

*Initial Shipping costs will be charged accordingly if free shipping had been provided for the order and total of your order is under the minimum of free shipping amount after returned item(s) price had been deducted from your order.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

To start the process, please email us at [email protected] to request an exchange form.

Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the exchange/ refund item and there will be a handling fee of MYR 10 incurred.

*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
